  • Non-Delivery of Services: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control, a partial or full refund may be issued.
  • Duplicate Payments: In the event of duplicate payments for the same service, we will promptly issue a refund for the extra charge.
  • Cancellation Before Project Commencement: If a project is canceled by the client before work has commenced, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the time and resources allocated for project initiation.

3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • Project Completion: Once a project is completed and delivered as per the approved agreement or specifications, no refunds will be issued.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if the client changes their mind after the project has commenced or upon delivery.
  • Client Delays: If delays in project completion are caused by the client’s lack of response, approval, or delay in providing necessary materials, refunds will not be issued.
  • Partial Deliverables: If a project has been partially delivered or the client has approved intermediate deliverables, a refund may not be available for completed work.

4. Service Fees and Non-Refundable Charges

Certain service fees, administrative fees, and third-party costs may be non-refundable. Any non-refundable charges will be clearly outlined in the service agreement.

5. Refund Process

  • Request Submission: Clients may submit refund requests by contacting us via email at support@evtoan.com. The request should include details about the service, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
  • Review and Response: We will review each request and respond within 10 business days. Clients will be informed of the approval or denial of the refund request and any applicable terms.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Modifications to Refund Policy
